Video-explanation of "Sun Salutation"

I like this clear explanation of this exercise. This is not my preferite training, but I like it too and do sometimes but I had never find a video so good as this.

Sun Salutation you can find in many sites. Here for example, in this page, you find the same sequence but in photos, and it says about:

"Often considered the core of hatha yoga practice" and precise that "are practiced in a row of 2-6 times and traditionally practiced at sun rise".

What do you think about this "Kundalini dance"

Dear friends, I would very glad if you write here you opinions about this video.

Sincerely I don't like practices that seem to be too similar to Doctor Göbbels' propaganda - hysterical, exstasical for everybody. I think practices meen hard work and don't meen exhibitions. But I'm only a lazy yogi and that is why I wanted to hear what do YOU think about it.

Some advises of Dalai Lama

These and other quotes from Dalai Lama I found in the blog "Who's yo Mama?"
You can find them in many of his books too.Why I repost them here? Because the first one is specially for me.Here it is:

unless you make specific time
for something that you feel committed to,
you will always have other obligations
and you will always be too busy"

"In Buddhism in general, a lot of attention is paid to our attitudes towards our rivals or enemies. This is because hatred can be the greatest stumbling block to the development of compassion and happiness. If you can learn to develop patience and tolerance towards your enemies, then everything else becomes much easier--your compassion towards all others begins to flow naturally."

"What I believe, according to my own experience, is that a calm, peaceful mind is a very important element for sustaining the body in a balanced way. When you lose your temper, immediately you feel uncomfortable. Eventually, you lose your digestion and sleep. You have to rely more and more on tranquilizers. So, whether you are a believer or a non-believer, the peaceful mind in daily life is very, very important."
