Su Jok: Right Way To Find The Point

(Source of the image)
There is a great interest in the world for this technique -Su Jok, Korean hand and foot acupuncture.

I just wrote about this technique here, in this post "Su Jok Therapy -Special Points To Heal Pain" and it is one of the most read posts of this blog, you know. There are videos and links in that post, so I want only to add some rules of it today.

In 2 years that passed from the time of that my post the net is now full of information, videos, courses, exlanations how we can learn this therapy. I'm not a specialist, I only explore the world of the alternative techniqures. That is why I do not pretend to be a guru. The advises I write here are from an old book I have in my library. That is why, I think, it could be precious.

If you want to use this technique yourself you have to be very careful and exact. You have to identify precisely the point and use right method of stimulating.

First of all find the point approximately. Than point it very lightly with a point of a pensil or something similar. The point you are looking for is very painful. To understand it you have to touch the place very lightly. If you will point it with power, all the place will be painful and you will never find the right place.

Chinese Pharmacy And Arthritis

Посмотреть на Яндекс.Фотках
On the photo you see a real Chinese pharmacythat is situated in Chengdu, a town in southwest of China. I post here this photo because it seems to me very beautiful.

I don't want to inviteyou to plan a trip in this town there -this blog is to discuss the healing possibilities. So, I want to tell you what is happend to me.

I have problems with arthritis now, and the fingers become my real tragedy in the last month. "Normal" medicine gives me anaesthetizing tabs that you can take maximum 7 days. With grave consrguences for blood (ibuprofen). I tryed with termal clay and salt. The situation was better but not very satisfying. I could not sleep in the night for terrific pains in fingers and hands.

Somebody told to my husband about the remedies, bought in the Chinese pharmacy. He knew, there is such a pharmacy in Naples too. So, we went there one day about a week ago. The doctor there wanted to touch my wrists and gave me 2 types of tabs with herbs.

My friends said me, they would never use such medicines because these pharmacies are disagreeable and dirty. And the medicines come from bad places. I don't know, maybe they think about the popular movies. The tabs I bought, are manufactured in Holland, are even better packed than normal Italian medicines. What is important for me -I have not those pains in the night, and the situation is generally better. As you see, I can write here so much too. :-))) That doctor said me, I have take these tabs for 30 days. Hope, it will really help me.

All The Best In The New Year!!!!

Зимний портрет

1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998

It's a great year for those born in 1961.

"I would like to tell you a little about the Iron Tiger year. Anybody born in the Iron Tiger or any of the Monkey years will face more obstacles during this year than others will. Those born in the year of the Monkey will also face a lot of obstacles. Those born in the Horse, Pig, Snake and Dog years will face less obstacles but will still have more obstacles than others in this year.

To help with the obstacles it is good to do Long Life Prayers. It is also good to buy and release fish, birds or animals that are still alive but are destined to be killed. This does not mean that what may come from an animal cannot be used. For example, a cow can still be milked, but for the person that buys and releases the cow, he will give it to a farmer who promises not to kill it even though the farmer may use the milk from the cow. This is a very auspicious thing to do.

According to the Tibetan astrological calendar, this year is a good year to go on a pilgrimage, make offerings and clear and clean pathways. Also, it is a good year to use blessed amulets or blessing knots or strings to avert obstacles."

Different Types Of Meditations (part 3) Standing Meditation

After we have watched so interesting Walkng Meditation and Water Meditation in my previous posts, now is the high time to pass to the QiGong technique -Standing meditation very clearly explained in this video:

I hope you are very entertained to learn that there are so various possibilities to meditate and not only the good known lotus position. They all are great. I gave you only the idea and you have to discover more about the type you are interested in yourself. In any case you can't say you have not time or place for meditation. The only thing you can "have not" is the wish to meditate. :0)))

Different Types Of Meditations (part 2) Walkng Meditation

With this post I continue to speak about Different Types Of Meditations (and this link is to part 1 about water meditation).

Here I want to post videos about an other interesting type of meditation -walking meditation. I just tryed to do it, this meditation, and did an error, so I wanted to tell about it to warn you. If you want to begin with this meditation, choose carefully the place where you do it. If you walk on the road where the cars can pass, it's not good. You could damage the passing cars if you are too absorbed to notice them.
:0)))

I adore the meditations teached by Thich Nhat Hanh, specially the Tea meditation. If you are interested in them, you have to visit his site.

Different Types Of Meditations (part 1) Water Meditation

There are many different types of meditations. And it's very difficult at the beginning of the Path of Buddhismus to understand what and how is necessary to do them. I remember I was interested to begin to meditate, but I live too far from the places where one can find a Teacher. So I tryed with the books. I read clever books but I could not understand the essence. This was some years ago, about 2000-2004.

Today the life is much more easy for those who are interested in Buddhismus because there are internet teachings of the most important Teachers of different schools and there are many videos that help in the meditations.

You Tube offers me videos that could be interesting for me. There were videos about the meditations among them. So I want to post those I think are useful.

Here is water meditation. I post thisd video as first because I know nothing about this meditation and it seems interesting for me. If somebody of you could explain me the sense and the technique -approximately is good too would be great. I don't pretend to learn the techniques of meditations through this blog, I'm only interested to learn more about it.
